Slums Entertainment presents, 18-year-old, Dom’Kaalel L Jackson, professionally known as Young Kaalel. The rapper, Young Kaalel, is from El Paso, Texas and he is apart of the Slums Entertainment Label.
Q. What does being apart of Slums ENT mean to you?
“It means alot, it’s like any other family, we all just focus on music and make everyone love us for what we do.”

Q. How did you get into music, where did the passion come from?
“I got into music my 7th grade year. My passion for music started when my childhood friend wanted to put our money together to invest in our own studio.”
Lets get into the mind of Young Kaalel as an artist.
Q. The people want to know, who are you listening to other than yourself?
” I listen to mainly underground rappers such as myself, my Slum sand etc.” He followed up with adding that his favorite rapper is Peewee Longway.
Where all my real Hip Hop fans at? Genuine lovers for music all know that being original and true to who you are as a person is the key to making great music and getting the best outcome. We were curious to know what authenticity meant to Young Kaalel as a new upcoming artist.
Q. What are your thoughts on authenticity, and how does that relate to your artistry?
“I just believe in being yourself and my music can relate to that because in every song I release it’s really me as a human.“

“Right now i am focusing on promoting me and 2Tones mixtape “LOST ON EARTH” as well as all my label-mates music and SLUMSMAG , as a brand.“
“I’m currently working working on a mixtape but there’s no specific release date at this moment.”
