Things are looking worse for A$ap Rocky.
According to TMZ, a judge just decided authorities could detain him for 2 weeks while prosecutors investigate the street fight further.
Prosecutors are trying to determine if they want to charge A$ap Rocky with aggravated assault.
These charges are very serious, if convicted he could be sentenced to 6 years in prison.
To make matters worse, Swedish authorities have just made it clear … they have no plans to release him anytime soon.
Apparently, Swedish authorities are normally allowed to keep people for only 3 days, so they clearly have it out for him.
Then later on, another video surfaced the internet showing the alleged victim harassing A$AP and hitting his bodyguard with a set of headphones.
From the looks of the video footage, A$ap Rocky was actually playing the peacemaker during the altercation.
A$ap Rocky was telling the guy, “We don’t wanna fight y’all. We don’t wanna go to jail.”
It is unclear to the public weather the arrest was made before the releasing of the second video footage or after. What we do know is that the swedish authorities are now aware of the second video.
What’s strange about the situation is that Swedish prosecutors tell us they are releasing the bodyguard now due to “insufficient evidence” but they are not releasing A$AP.
This suggests that prosecutors are gunning for the artist in hopes to still charge him with aggravated assault.
